These Terms describe the rules and responsibilities that apply when using AgentForge.
Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using AgentForge, you agree to these Terms of Service and any policies referenced by them. If you do not agree, you should not use the service.
Account Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for activity performed through your account. You should not share passwords, access tokens or other authentication secrets.
Permitted Use
AgentForge may be used for lawful AI-assisted work such as research, planning, creative work, commerce analysis, automation design and other supported workflows. You must not use the service to violate applicable law, infringe the rights of others or interfere with platform security.
AI-Generated Content
AgentForge uses AI systems to generate mission outputs. AI-generated information may be incomplete, inaccurate or unsuitable for a particular purpose. You remain responsible for reviewing outputs before relying on them or using them in consequential decisions.
Mission Content
You are responsible for the prompts, instructions, files and other information you submit to AgentForge. You should only submit content that you have the right and authority to process.
Credits and Usage
AgentForge uses credits to represent AI execution usage. Different mission types may consume different amounts of credits. Credit balances and transaction records may be used to determine whether execution is available.
Plans and Payments
AgentForge is currently operating as a pre-payment release. Real checkout, recurring subscription billing, automated renewals and payment-provider webhooks are not currently enabled. These Terms may be updated when commercial billing becomes available.
Service Availability
AgentForge may change, suspend or discontinue features as the product develops. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, permanent retention of every feature or that future roadmap items will be released on a particular schedule.
Suspension and Access
Access may be restricted or suspended when necessary to protect users, investigate abuse, maintain platform security or enforce these Terms.
Limitation of Responsibility
AgentForge is provided on an as-available basis. To the extent permitted by applicable law, users remain responsible for decisions, actions and outcomes based on AI-generated content or use of the platform.
Changes to These Terms
These Terms may be updated as AgentForge develops, including when new payment, subscription, collaboration or developer features are introduced. The effective date on this page will reflect material updates.
These Terms are a general product draft. Before accepting paid customers, review them against your actual business entity, governing law, payment provider, refund policy and jurisdiction-specific requirements.
